Carbon removal, engineered by people who know biomass.

Led by a team with over 35 years in timber processing and global trade, Quantum Green converts agricultural waste into premium biochar and independently verified carbon removal.

The discipline of timber plants, now applied to carbon removal.

New to biochar. Not new to biomass.

Quantum Green is a new company, but its leadership is not new to industry. For over 35 years they ran timber processing plants, turning raw wood into sawn planks, plywood, chipboard and blockboard, and traded those products worldwide. They founded Quantum Green to apply that industrial discipline to carbon removal.

  • Manufacturing planks, plywood, chipboard and blockboard
  • Drying, sizing, grading and quality control
  • Global sourcing, logistics and export compliance
  • Lasting relationships with buyers worldwide
Years of leadership experience in timber

Timber processing

Where our leadership began: running plants for planks, plywood, chipboard and blockboard.

Global timber trade

Where they built their networks: trading finished wood products with buyers worldwide.

Biomass conversion

Where Quantum Green works today: converting sugarcane residue at industrial scale.

Carbon removal

What Quantum Green delivers now: biochar and independently verified removals.

That same discipline now turns residue into lasting value. We:

Secure residue from partner sugar mills

Convert it through controlled pyrolysis

Verify every batch independently

Carbon held for generations, not seasons.

When residue is burned or left to decompose, its carbon returns to the atmosphere almost immediately. Controlled pyrolysis locks that carbon into a stable, porous structure that resists breakdown, which removes it from the active cycle and gives it a productive second life in the soil.

Stronger soils from a stable carbon amendment.

In the field, that same porous structure retains water and nutrients and gives soil biology a durable habitat. That is a meaningful advantage in arid, intensively farmed land. Held to the grading standards our leadership applied in timber, every lot is graded to specification and traced to a single feedstock.

One production process, a full portfolio.

Graded biochar and the removals it carries serve agricultural, horticultural and climate markets. Each line is produced from the same controlled process and backed by the same documentation standard.

Documented with integrity, from mill gate to soil.

Measure and Record

Every batch is weighed, sampled and analysed. Process conditions are logged continuously so each result can be traced to its source.

Audit and Certify

Records of production and final use are reviewed by an independent auditor before the registry issues any removal certificate.

Deliver and Sequester

Biochar is applied to agricultural land, where its carbon remains in a stable form, documented through to the field.

Removals that meet international buyer expectations.

That record feeds a measurement, reporting and verification framework designed around recognised carbon removal methodologies. Registry onboarding, batch data and independent audit are built into operations from the outset.

Structured partnerships for the long term.

Credible removals depend on durable relationships across the value chain: our machine technology supplier, Henan Olten Environmental Sci‑Tech Co., Ltd., the mills that supply residue, the distributors and buyers our leadership has worked with for decades, and the investors who help us scale.

  • Durable Carbon Storage
  • Full Traceability
  • Experienced Industrial Leadership

The principles behind every partnership.

“We claim only what we can measure, and we invite independent auditors to check our work.”
